Tom was exceptionally knowledgeable and personable. He diagnosed our problem, cleaned up wiring, replaced a fuse and installed a new thermostat all in 1-1/4 hours. Tom was the consummate professional. I would not hesitate to use ProTech Heat and Cool again. I highly recommend them.

Super service! Called on a Saturday morning (July 5th no less - holiday weekend) at 9 AM and someone answered the phone! She took my information and stated that someone would be out between Noon and 2 PM same day. She also said I'd receive a call from the technician when he was 20 to 30 minutes away. I did receive a call from him, but at 10:30, and he was there by 11:00. The job was fully diagnosed and repairs made by 12:30. Now it was a bit expensive, but given that it was a Saturday, holiday weekend, and we had a large group of family down to the lake, we couldn't be without the AC.


Great service, great attitudes, and very prompt - not something that you typically find in the greater Benton county area!
